Accessing and using the website www.wasabilabs.net (the “Website”) makes you a user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions in this Legal Notice. LAND NETWORKING S.L. reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time; users are responsible for reading it periodically.

2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Website, as well as the information and specialised consulting services in industrial artificial intelligence, agentic AI assistants and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems offered by LAND NETWORKING S.L. under the Wasabilabs brand.

LAND NETWORKING S.L. does not guarantee that access to the Website or its contents will be free of interruptions or errors, or that it will be up to date, although it will make its best efforts to avoid, correct or update them where appropriate.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the Website (including, without limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, source code, published model architectures and other audiovisual or sound content), as well as the corporate identity, trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs, are owned by LAND NETWORKING S.L. or it holds the corresponding exploitation rights, and they are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property rights.

Total or partial reproduction of the Website contents without the prior written consent of LAND NETWORKING S.L. is expressly prohibited. Infringement of these rights may constitute a violation of current intellectual or industrial property legislation.

Siemens, WinCC, AVEVA, Schneider Electric, Rockwell Automation, FactoryTalk and other third-party trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are cited only to describe technical compatibility.

4. General terms of contract

These General Terms govern the contractual relationship between LAND NETWORKING S.L. and the client in the provision of consulting, development and implementation services for artificial intelligence solutions. Contracting any service implies full acceptance of these terms.

Quotes and technical proposals issued by LAND NETWORKING S.L. are valid for 30 calendar days from issue unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include VAT, which will be charged at the rate in force at the time of invoicing in accordance with applicable tax law.

LAND NETWORKING S.L. accepts no liability for the performance of the artificial intelligence models developed when they are used outside the context or data distribution defined in the project's technical specification. The outputs of AI systems are subject to inherent uncertainty and must not be used as the sole decision criterion in high-risk contexts without appropriate human supervision.

5. Limitation of liability

LAND NETWORKING S.L. shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the lack of availability or continuity of the Website, from the Website failing to meet the usefulness users may have attributed to it, from its fallibility, or from any improper or unauthorised use of it.

The maximum liability of LAND NETWORKING S.L. towards the client for any reason, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, unless applicable law does not allow such limitation.

The sample data shown on the Website (OEE, micro-stops, work orders, tickets) are illustrative and do not come from any customer.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website or the services provided by LAND NETWORKING S.L., the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless applicable law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, for users who are consumers under current law, the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable according to their place of residence shall apply.
